True! If the borrowed shares cannot be covered by the person who made the loan on margin; then the original investor is stuck with a huge loss. The process of settling this dispute will hang in the balance for a short while until the investor finally sells them for a loss. Anyone that was shorting MMTC, or naked shorting, got hit pretty hard and will continue to be hit as the price moves to 75 in a bit. The shorting scheme has failed and I'm sure there are those who say the company is a scam who desired to see the price drop for this reason. It's bad luck for him to come against MMTC with words of war. Shorting MMTC made some money for those against the company all the way down from 90 cents to 3 cents. Boy! How the story has changed as MMTC now heads to a dollar. I often wonder if Jakes Jordane and his counterparts went broke on this issue. It's very obvious by drawing lines on the chart that MMTC will move into the dollar position soon.
