Reading this now again, it is actually quite intriguing that Jerner "will also be responsible for 3Kronor holding companies Insight, 3Kronor Denmark, and Howcom."

After all, the holding companies should fall under the direction of the CEO of UCPA instead which, to my knowledge, is still Froberg. Effectively Froberg seems to be giving up all executive leadership here, and only holds a control function as a BOD member of UCPA.

So, over the summer, we have seen a new controlling shareholder (Bonnelyche) and a new head of 3kronor and all its subsidiaries (apart from nativeclicks). Did the UCPA BOD change accordingly?
