Why would anyone do the following :

(1) . . . . Order a $7M to $10M system
(2) . . . . Pay a down payment on said system
(3) . . . . Purchase the land to site the system
(4) . . . . Hire contractors to build it
(5) . . . . Borrow the balance due over and above the down payment ( let's say $5M to $7M )
(6) . . . . Pay the remaining balance on said system


A) . . . FOR A SYSTEM THAT CURRENTLY EXISTS NOWHERE IN THE
WORLD FOR VIEWING ?

B) . . . FOR A SYSTEM . . . ( as far as we know ) . . . THAT HAS NEVER
SUCCESSFULLY OPERATED ANYWHERE IN THE WHOLE WORLD ?



I bought a new Foreign Car a coupla years ago. . . . . . I did a comprehensive
test drive before the purchase. . . . . . HALF PAID OFF NOW, . . it runs well
and will continue to run well long past the warrantee expiration, . . IMO.
