I was going to throw some money into this turd when I saw they won that award the other day, then they pull this dumb $%#@ yesterday:

"To Our Stockholders:

We are writing to advise you that certain common and preferred stockholders, owning approximately 76.60% of combined voting power of the common and preferred stock, have approved by written consent in lieu of a stockholders' meeting, the proposal to increase our authorized shares of common stock from 1,000,000,000 shares with a par value of $0.00001 per share to 5,000,000,000 shares with a par value of $0.00001. On September 8, 2015, our board of directors unanimously approved the above proposal."
