Perhaps you don't recall but I BOUGHT A BUNCH and since avgd WAY down to final .01 R certs in Jan. and they are not yet due for deposits. No one's getting .00 shares from San Felix purchase. PPS Never below .16 until May 12 '13. Recent large Convert. 12% Promiss. Notes date from Jan, Apr and June this year and mature in '17 after 2 years. Intent was to get through to the JV contract option which is as close to ironclad as a miner gets on the never never. Cant be touched as shares. Now who's your source for this stuff if not disclosed in SEC docs? Asked PT to confirm and will let you know.
