IMO, The units are trading so poorly, because reality might had sit-in. If the VPCO shareholders is bailing out before the millions and millions of converted is dump in on the existing outstanding shares and causing mass dilution of shareholders value to oblivion, so why would VPCO shareholders stick around for the obvious. In other words who are left to feed the Unit dumpers converted shares. Definitely not me, or I. So while buy units when you see the pps of VPCO heading down like a spiraling death.

Some paid around 11 bucks for the unit shares, and already loss over 40% of the original value. Who want to paid 11 bucks for a unit to be dump on a low penny stock. Who knows. They might fall to a penny stock unit, before all this is over.
