Several shareholders have PM'd me. I cannot respond via PM. I am maintaining the same percentage of ownership of the company as I did prior to the organized attack on the share price and the resultant dilution. It is my opinion that the company is grossly and erroneously undervalued; a shell company is currently worth more. With Lloyd Chiotti now firmly in charge of the "business end" of the company, no new toxic financing blunders will occur. When down payment money is received, the share price will reflect the same. Until then, manipulation rules.
