wrong. they didn't "pay" for a pr, and that is why the bottom fell out. there were 2 noteholders with 30 million shares that dumped them. they are done and there are no other issuances out there or convertibles and the managments shares are restricted. colv is bouncing because there are a lot of holders of far more epensive shares out there...like at .10-.14
