Please explain what you think their strategy is.
To a newcomer you would think it is missing every deadline put forth, making mistakes with the FDA and NASDAQ, and teetering on the brink of delisting AGAIN, while remaining silent.
These guys in charge might be some of the brightest scientific minds there are, but not to confident in their business savvy.
