As far as I can tell by what has been filed: Insiders own about 53% of the outstanding. The insiders made some large transactions at 0.004 back in March. Two 13Gs were filed locking up another 15% of the outstanding.

So that only leaves a float of around 32% of the outstanding shares. So a day when 1m or 2m shares are traded is a big day.

My guess would be that the insiders are going to do something to add value to the company otherwise why would they have bought back in March at 0.004.
