Bankrupt is maybe the wrong word but my point is Thom is well aware that Activision knows of the contingency with regard to Susman but only on that particular case. All other separate litigation must be paid for any way possible which weakens Worlds resolve going forward just a little grinding away bit by bit with share dilution the only plausible option that is Activisions plan to bleed them slowly until they are desperate and willing to settle for a cheaper price
That's the tactics I have seen them use to date and I don't expect them to change
