What surprises me is that the $MMMW market cap is less than the cost of a OTC public trading shell. The company refuses toxic debt and only has about $200,000 debt mostly from low interest loans from a company officer. The new solar tracker is a good opportunity to reduce the cost of solar. With no short term dilution since the authorized shares are limited to 67 million shares, supply and demand could have upside pressure on the stock price. Meanwhile, short term growth finance is limited to strategic partnerships with developers and/or project contract financing before projects are sold to customers. It might be a better idea to issue shares for fast growth expansion at a later date when the stock price is higher from sales and revenue.
