LMAO, they have water. The primary source will be from the well that's been drilled on the property and registered with the state that is in process to be switched to a commercial well. The alternate source will be from a pumping station on the Huerfano River.

as far as the hemp farm goes next door that is a joke. The property is owned by Robert Krug. there is a R&D hemp license registered with the state for him through R&B enterprises. the problem is there is no well on the property and there is no CUP. add that to the fact that a couple of months ago the property owner was given a cease and desist order for growing cannabis illegally with no license.

with his previous illegal activity on the property I doubt very seriously that the county commissioners will issue him a cup.

in my opinion we will be getting permit news any day and then it will be very difficult to claim there is no water or claim there is no building permit and continue to spread misinformation
