I would think that having the negatives on FINRA about what they said concerning the satisfication of their form 211 (for MIKP) would account for something. I really wouldn't mind talking to the MM who pulled out (on the 211 and MIKP's reinstatement to the pinks) to see what his side of the story is. There is always another side of the story than Marks'.
