Pursuant to the vote taken by the shareholders of the Company at its Special Meeting of Shareholders held on October 29, 2011, and duly adjourned until November 3, 2011, by a majority vote the following proposals were all adopted and approved by a majority vote in each case as follows:

1. The name of the Company is Bourque Industries, Inc.
2. The Company’s shares issued and outstanding shares are reverse split on a one for five basis.
3. The new trading symbol thereafter will be “BORK”.

Initially John M. Bourque submitted a request for the trading symbol to be "JMB" to reflect his initials, but that was taken by a Swedish Meatballs company.

John Bourque pondered for days on end without reaching a decision for what letters he felt reflected onto himself.

That Swedish Meatballs company clicked in John Bourque mind to remember watching The Muppet Show where The Swedish Chef spoke "Bourque Bourque Bourque," it seemed.
