Your strategy is exactly the opposite of what I would recommend.

I sent Marcus an email congratulating him on successfully running the SEC gauntlet. And I indicated that I hoped we could put the past behind us as IDLM and its shareholders move forward.

I urge others to do the same. Of course, you're free to do as you think best for your investment here. But I think that this is a time to build bridges.

Heck, the reason that I'm still here as an investor is that Marcus Frasier is a genius. OK, he and I don't see eye to eye on many/most things. But I respect the fact that he does a lot of things exceedingly well. And he navigated his way through a potentially very bad SEC investigation. Seems to me that this could have ended much worse. So, why not approach the future with a spirit of optimism?

IMHO there is nothing we all could do that would be better for our investments that to drop him a cordial note and express optimism about the future.
