More dates set for answering interrogatories and filing amended complaints on Oct 13 just entered on the docket today. This is normal the closer you get to D day. Both sides are trying to fine tune their case one last time.

Everything still looks good to me but human behavior will decide the final outcome, which I have a great deal of experience in. As I continue to predict the future here, I see a new courtroom, with a new judge, with jurors being selected, and the judge returning to the courtroom dismissing all selected jurors to go home announcing that both parties agreed to a settlement and there will be no trial.
