No, I think you missed the point! The people that did that study set the "bar" LOW in order to try and find a least a LITTLE success! Even as low as it was, they STILL found only 38% that met the criteria for "success."

Not that ANY of it matters to CTTC since Marineo's contract expires in six more months and they're bankrupt and they're being sued out the wazoo and etc, etc...
