I'm sorry, but maybe you missed it

Is there something to the FACT that the SEC, after 1 1/2 years of investigating everything about criminal enterprise SPNG, stated that there were no signficant naked shorted shares in SPNG, that you don't understand?

Why is it so hard to understand Metter and SM committed fraud is just one part of the crime here. They created a lot of volume more then most ever see on an OTC when over 10 to 25 cents. Naked shorting is a fact in the OTC. Use some common sense that volume offered a rare opportunity to naked short into that volume and never cover. What is sad about our justice system is they go free making millions. Also that Metter and SM per Sec stole over 52 million and they do no jail time. White collar crime sure does pay with no jail time even when caught. Anyone who thinks our markets are not full of counterfeit shares lacks common sense. One of easiest ways to steal millions and little chance of jail time. But sure think crooks would just pass on making millions using naked shorting into that volume in 2009. Markets just do not seem to enforce that covering when IOU's issued. Sec always seems to also look other way. Even when Goldman did get caught on another stock the settlement in 2010 was 400 million fine and no admission of guilt. They probably made billions so 400 million fine no big deal. Naked shorting make crooks big money so of course it goes on in any high volume OTC.
