So you think an Rs is a good thing? The only reason what-so-ever a company with this type of history [ splits, name changes, bs letters of intent, no profit, rising debt ] pulls an r/s is to allow FOR MORE DILLUTION thats it!!! there is nothing to attract investors either private or commercial and the fact its an under preforming micro cap takes it off the table for 99.99% of coporate investment if not all....forget the fact that any fool could see this is and has been a dud for years. i was here for the last r/s and yet here we are because the same held true then.
this company has been done for over a year and has accomplished nothing to change the direction.
you will see friedman again, he will re-invent himself and another company with hollander's help and the cycle will repeat once again.....there is no reason for anyone here to lose anymore money but that is exactly what will happen if you keep playing the game with seasoned pricks that can play it much better.
