honest question for BCIT shareholders: where and when did Carlton Huxley Ltd offer or promise that you would be "taken care of" and/or receive free or deeply discounted 205 certed BCIT shares if you filed with Finra or in court? We know it wasn't a general annoucnement by the company or Huxley for all shareholders' eyes.
It may have been shrouded in cryptic doublespeak but make no mistake, it would be clear.

please have enough honesty/integrity to answer if you saw this offer or promise, it's been 10 years.
