I doubt there are any lies here. They have been pretty good the last 6 months about PRs and transparency, and telling us if things are delayed or what their plans are. I suspect the Tuesday Facebook posting about the water was not intended to be the "BIG REPORT" because they said the big report would be a PR. I expected a PR last Tuesday and wondered why it didn't happen, but maybe it was just delayed because of Labor Day or 3rd party verification or something. I hope we'll find out this week.
On the Facebook posting they said they had gotten the water permission confirmed the previous Friday, so being posted on Facebook on Tuesday was the soonest it could be put on Facebook (I assume). If so, they probably just figured the water news would just be extra info they were getting out as soon as they could. The fact that it was "published" on the same day they and we expected the PR might have been a coincidence. We would have then justifiably assumed the water news on Facebook WAS the "Big Report", while the company was, I hope, focused on preparing a PR.
