Nice presentation. In addition to the ongoing Dronabinol Phase 2b which is to complete in Q3-16, here are the main Ampakine trials scheduled (slide 31) -


CX-1739 - Opioid Induced Respiratory Depression - Phase 2A starting in Q4-15 and completing in Q1-16


CX-1739 - Central Sleep Apnea - Phase 2A starting in Q2-16 and completing in Q3-16


As usual the timelines are probably optimistic, but it will sure be great to see CX-1739 back in the clinic. Based on the previous efficacy shown, there's a very good chance CX-1739 will kick some serious butt in these trials :o) So calibrate those polysomnographs and tighten down the masks, and get ready for some fun :o)


Btw, I hear General Urko may soon return from his extended stay at Bellevue Hospital. After hearing about the arrival of Dr Manuso at Cortex, he reportedly leapt from the bed, announced that he 'was cured', and after wriggling out of his straight jacket and grabbing a large supply of maintenance meds, he and his band mates drove home to begin work on their new album! Urko feverishly explained that he needed to get the royalty advance from the record company ASAP so he could load up on Cortex stock..
