This is certainly what we've been wanting to hear for a long time now. There is a renewed ray of hope. (No pun intended.)

Not wishing to dampen anyone's spirit but I'll admit to being surprised that Tullow would be advertising for a head honcho outside of the Company. It seems to me that if this is as highly prized an asset as we believe, then why isn't Tullow drawing on internal manpower resources? We long-time HDY supporters are all too familiar with relationships gone sour when issues of trust and professional integrity are concerned.
