Here is the $160,000,000 "Investment Letter of Intent" from United Arab Emirates (see the first link below, which is the sixth link from the second link below)! Once EFLN gets the $160M cash fund the stock will definitely soar to the dime land or even the dollar land based on the current FIXED Small float available for trading (around 200M shares)... Anyway the five-year high was 0.0021 vs at the joke low 0.0004 now!
