Any new shares added to the float and O/S are dilution. If there is enough volume on a stock and it is not raised too much then it usually is not much of a problem. You just have to watch the filings or boards or call TA to find out from one week/month how much the share structure has grown. You can usually find the convertibles in the filings but it is not always that easy.

The reason we started this board was to try and keep up with share structure and the rate of dilution. If the stock is here we try to link it to the last post so you can see how much dilution there was from one time to the next. If the SS is growing faster than there is volume then I would say there is a dilution problem. LOL
