This company had so much cash in hand that from time to time it keeps buying shares by a tender offer.
Interesting that the company is paying a lot more than what the present closing PPS is !!!!

Maybe the CHINESE insiders ARE LIQUIDATING THEIR SHARES during these tender offers and pocketing the cash. This stock seems to go nowhere and it is sad that the cash that this company had has not been invested in expanding this company into a way that would generate greater sales and earnings instead of buying back shares right now.

LOOK BACK ABOUT 3 POSTINGS TO SEE ABOUT AN INVESTMENT COMPANY THAT HAS MILLIONS INVESTED IN ACTS AND IT DOES NOT EVEN GET A RESPONSE TO THEIR INQUIRY!!!!!
