Sure,buy-backs are a positive.My OPINION,most small companies find free cash or at least flexible cash used much more effectively in building the business.You rarely see companies in Eco's position go the route of a buy-back.Now in the pinks with companies of lower caliber we have all seen huge claims of "buy-back coming soon !"----and they never happen.Eco has seen much focus on the lack of insider buying.Frankly I think it will be the investing community at large that will trigger the serious buying.And ,NO,it certainly hasnt happened YET.This company has taken the steps to generate huge new business,is getting more news out,will get more eyes watching,generate more interest and buying----and then,pps will move !!!me thinks sooner than later.
