The comment: "...market will ignore any good news completely as it has done for past 8 months."
Your response: "How do you figure the market ignored ODD, B P3, and P P2 news. Stock was up a buck and climbing the day P P2 PR was released..."

The first event that you identify (ODD) was reported on 7/15.....on 7/14 the stock had closed at 2.64. Announcements on B P3, B-OM P2, and P P2 were made between 7/15 and 8/6.....the pps peaked at 2.57 ("climbing" from the 2.44 open) on the day the P P2 was released ahead of the 10:30AM 8/6 release of the SA thing.

The fact that the price during the period of the company releases started at 2.64, rose to 3.54, then dropped back to 2.57 prior to the "hit piece" seems to me to define "ignores any good news" pretty well (I realize that I'm ignoring the effect that any short selling ahead of the piece may have had.
In the first week of the year the share price was $4.30-4.50. The move down from 4.30-4.50 to 2.57 defines "ignores any good news" even better. I don't think that there was anything that could be described as definitively bad news during that 8 month period, so I would think it would be safe to conclude that whatever could be described as good news was ignored, no?
