Yes, the majority of current cannabis plays are scams to shareholders, IMO.

Will some of these companies or spin-offs succeed yes, but will their shareholders, NO. Not with current equity structures they will not.

MJNA is a bloated pig, with questionable asset values on its balance sheet, and questionable ability to maintain "real" revenues besides selling product to distributors.

If the product can move...I'll concede this Kannaway thing has some value, but not $100 million worth NO way!
