The lower limit for uplist was $4. Then there are conditions assoc with $3 and $2.

$2 is the absolute lower limit.

I do not know if the company meets the other criteris, JN posted on Seeking alpha saying they did not. I do not know one way or the other.

JP usually gets these things right and he said they can uplist.

HOWEVER that is ONLY if the pps holds at $2 and the stock gods shine down upon AMBS.

I follow an solar energy company. They trade on this market and just got $100 million in financing that valued their stock a LOT higher than at current prices. ( that stock is worth the price )

Maybe AMBS can get some of that.
