If the court phone conference actually occurs today at 2pm, then it will be interesting to watch the buy or sell volume today, tomorrow, and Monday for any clues on what may have happened. If this court hearing really is the reason for the lack of information out of the company, then a resolution of this hearing should get us moving one direction or another. Either insiders start dumping, or people in the know start buying for the coming resurrection. Looks like we had one small buyer already today.
