Yep, when one realizes the web Margit has woven. In no way is it incompetence. Incompetence implies no real knowledge. By her efforts what we see is something contemplated, perpetuated and engineered in order to create a higher stock price. It also shows intent. For something to be criminal intent has to be shown.
