TBEV: Not a bad trading day today: great volume at 173.6 million shares while only giving up 8% in its price after a 70% price increase over the past week.

I agree with your optimistic outlook regarding 'High Performance Beverages Co. Once again, for those who are new here, the salient facts about TBEV are:

1. Great Product: A High Performance Sports Drink™ carefully formulated to hydrate, support mental focus, increase blood flow and muscle recovery, thereby, giving the body the proper fuel necessary to power through a sporting event and throughout the day. These sports drinks provide optimal performance while engaged in any sporting activity, for students during late-night cram session or those in the workplace on their "second shift.

2. Executable Business Plan: The company intends to launch its performance drinks on Amazon commencing September 5, 2015. This is the forward catalyst investors are looking for.

3. Experienced Management Team: A seasoned team of executives whose experience is DIRECTLY related to the industry in which the company operates - the consumer beverage industry.

---- Chief Executive Officer/Chief Financial Officer: Toby McBride has over twenty years experience in the beverage industry. He has run major brands such as Sobe, Arizona Iced tea and Xyience. He began his career with Whole Foods as grocery coordinator and left Whole Foods to work for Sobe as one of their first sales directors. His experience includes managing major chain accounts like Valero, Publix, Racetrac, 7-11 and managing a sales force of sixty sales managers and regional directors and managing distributors throughout the Country.

---- President/Director: Michael Holley has been in the beverage industry for over nineteen years. He has run major brands such as Arizona Iced Tea and Xyience Nationally. He was the president of a large sports nutrition company and began his career in the wine and spirits industry launching new products and has called on key accounts such as Kroger, 7-11, Circle K, Safeway, and Costco. He has managed over eighty distributors and a national sales force. He has a strong sales and production background creating multiple products from inception to the Market.

---- Advisory Board Chairman: Peter W. Busch is a direct descendant to Adolphus Busch, the visionary brewer and founder of the Anheuser-Busch companies. Since 1984, Peter Busch has been the proud owner of Southern Eagle Distribution, a leading, full-service beverage distributor on the Treasure Coast of Florida. Mr. Busch is also the former president of the Florida Beer Wholesalers Association.

4. Endorsements: TBEV's brand of sports beverages have been endorsed by the following professional league athletes:

--- Taj Gibson Chicago Bulls (#22 / Power forward)
--- Bryan Braman Philadelphia Eagles (#56 / Linebacker)
--- Jonas Gray New England Patriots (#35 / Running back)
--- Jonathan Quick Los Angeles Kings (#32 / Goaltender)
--- Haloti Ngata Detroit Lions (#92 / Defensive tackle)
--- Shaun Draughn Cleveland Browns (#20 / Running back)
--- Joe Vellano New England Patriots (#72 / Defensive lineman)

5. Favorable Share Structure:
--- Market Value1 $5,370,000 a/o Sep 01, 2015
--- Authorized Shares 2,500,000,000 a/o Jun 25, 2015
--- Outstanding Shares 2,148,000,000 a/o Jun 25, 2015

Considering this is a sub-penny stock, having 2.1 billion shares outstanding is not too bad. More important, however, given the aforementioned share structure, there is little room for dilution, a major source for the devaluation of a trader's investment. The difference between the authorized and outstanding share counts is 352 million, which is the MAXIMUM amount of dilution the company could engage in if they maxed out their shares. This difference represents only 14.1% of the total authorized shares subject to dilution; this would have a minimal impact on the stock's overall price - therefore, there is little downside risk of the stock's price becoming devalued because of excessive dilution practices, because there are not that many shares (as a percentage of the total share count) for the company to dilute.

Technical Analysis:

1. Surging Volume: 5-day moving average is + 57% with daily average volume at 160.2 million shares traded.

2. Relative Strength Index: 9-day average is 63.6% indicating strong movement of money flowing into the stock.

3. MACD Oscillator: 9-day average of +0.0006; any value above zero indicates strong buying momentum and continued pricing trend to the upside.

I think that one penny is just the start. If the current 'mini run' sells out quickly, which I believe it will, a new production run of higher quantity will happen. Plus they have three new flavors in the pipeline.... I'm going to go out on a limb here and predict around 0.03 by the end of the year, IMO.
