I guess when you make an investment in a start up no matter how many opportunities gone wrong (PPS of course important to investors)and you don't trust the management you might as well sell ,I don't agree with your approach as a money partner will take care of the PPS. The CPA firm is like investor putting pressure on management for cash to meet t he going concern level in case everything goes south.
