The central issue to me, as a SpongeTech shareholder, has been, is now, and will continue to be the share structure, and the fact that the price of my shares was criminally decimated by illegal activity, which only the Canadian Regulator (IIROC) has acted upon.

I am dedicated to holding the SEC and the DOJ accountable.

By the way, I see that the SEC has appointed a new Director to their Fort Worth (Cowtown) field office.
