The big question is whether that 15% is dilutable or not. It seems clear (as much as anything related to MDMN can be considered clear) that they will get a 15% interest in Auryn at the time of the deal closing (not by the way, 15% of the mountain, 15% of revenues or 15% of profit, 15% equity ownership in Auryn).
The question then is, as Auryn issues shares, which they certainly will, does the 15% remain constant, or get diluted?
My guess, is diluted.
Competing is intense among humans, and within a group, selfish individuals always win. But in contests between groups, groups of altruists always beat groups of selfish individuals.
