It's along the 15. I notice it everytime I drive up from Temecula, CA where I live. I imagine it would be a service station of some sort. There are signs that say Railway Express. I've never stopped to ask questions. The only reason I notice it is because of this stock. So, I really don't know what's going on with it, only that it is there.
