How do you make Pot Pizza in places its not legal yet??? PA and Ohio its not legal!

How can you possibly make frozen Pizza in Ohio, ship them frozen all the way to India and sell them wholesale for a profit??? He can not sell pizza fresh in his hometown for a profit retail!

Probiotic Pizza... You really think people will buy a peperoni or sausage pizza over another for health reasons? lol

Now he Buying a Salsa Company. Hey, they may make good Salsa, but the marketing in doing booths at street fairs, really mom and pop stuff,... school fundraisers, etc. It sells for 6.00 a jar. It's not in any grocery stores that i have seen. Most salsa sells for 2.00 or so a jar. At Aldi's they have specialty salsa similar for less than 2.00 a jar.
When it comes to actually Buying, paying for the company, how does UPZS actually do it? The financials show no money in the company, no assets to borrow against, etc.
The guy selling it may be thinking of retiring by selling his business, and want real money for it.
