The saga of Wave....
is not unlike the saga of a thousand or more other companies, from the past, present, or future.
For some reason, many mostly former Wave investors try to make the farce/debacle called Wave Systems sound unique. The fact is, Wave is only interesting to Wave shareholders and former shareholders.
Wave is basically at one penny per share. How did other penny companies become penny companies?
Just from bad luck led by honorable people?
You believe SKS and Solms should be held legally accountable and jailed? How about the sub-prime CEO's.? Not one was prosecuted; instead they received hundreds of millions of dollars and a going away party.
The bottom line is....Wave products suck. All else is incidental.
Thus, life in the free enterprise system.
