It's my opinion that with the weak GDP and the overall economic structure in the US & China manipulating it's currency that the Fed will pass on any action in Sept. December is still a possibility but rarely has the FED raised rates during one of the highest consumer spending months of the year. I believe we will see a hike in rates Q1 2016 WCS.
