lol.....TCA is smarter than that....

If anyone believes that TCA gave HHSE over 300k, based on the promise of a Form 10 registration going effective is sadly mistaken.

They full well knew that if HHSE defaulted on a payment shrs would be issued. IF registration was needed for the shares, TCA would have never released the funds UNTIL HHSE was fully SEC reporting.
