In my previous post about the FDA appealing any final ruling ( should they not settle ) I was reflecting on my own experience .

In brief ..I filed suit against a Co on behalf of my Co.
We won ..judge awarded us the amount owed.
Defendant then filed an appeal , came back with a far stronger legal team and that turned into a knock down , drag out expensive legal battle.

In summary ..I do not expect the FDA to go quietly into the night unless the settlement terms work for them .
I doubt they have had "the cr#p scared out of them " as some posters opine .
