There is no reason for loading up here because you like can not

80% + of the shares of TCEL are owned buy the investors The LLC that bought the notes and convent in to stock

That only leaves 300 - 500 million shares for all others to buy and i myself hold over 100 million. All these shares were bought up a long time ago and for the most part some of these guys have been trading it.

SO imo there are no big amounts of shares to buy here at these low prices.

All for the most part are holding for any news !!!!
