No Kiwi, you're probably right. I'm sure there is a whole cadre of super secret attorneys that the FDA has kept in reserve for after they lost the first round. I mean, that makes perfect sense to lose the injunction and then bring out the big guns, risking it all after the judge gives you a black eye.
