You could certainly consider going forth with lawsuit

Someone/Something needs to inform this C.E.O. that you can no longer just throw out fake P.R.'s, pump n dump's, and then R/S so the shareholders are screwed over and holding the bag. This WTWO/XFUL R/S after those fake P.R.'s has gotta be one of the biggest shafts to shareholders that I have seen in the OTC in quite some time.

From what I can see, they need to get this price around the .15-.20 cents range for anyone to be able to recover their investment prior to the R/S. Sept is here and he has 4 months to make it happen. In my opinion, if it doesnt happen sometime in 2015 its never going to happen.
