That's a good question, whether it even was a "retail trade." I suspect no ordinary retail trader can buy below .0001 (but I wonder if you can put such an order through using a human broker). If it was a fat-fingered 'market sell,' a MM buying below .0001 is really stealing the shares, IMO.
