Ahhhhh....... so small claims should not be available for the same reason to Companies?.. It was my companies that I was referring to in my last post.

But I will amend and refer to "Joe Entity" because that makes such a difference.

The statement is ammended to read: "Can't believe anybody would try to laugh off the small claims division as it is becoming about the only available method of recovery for Joe Entity."


Sheesh......

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
