There is zero reason for shareholders to contact the company to cause their shares to be registered in the future. They are on the shareholder list or held by CEDE. All CEDE shares will be registered in any new future registration, should it occur. The Company does not need to know any information about each shareholder held by CEDE.

This is total BS. Which is why the one post that mentioned "new entity" would circumvent the creditors and secondly is a solicitation to sell new securities.

Big legal problem here.
