The number of outstanding shares will probably be around 600-700 million when all serie B warrants are converted. I think this is the bottom and the average conversion price will be around .10 dollar/share. A 1:8 reverse split will certainly be enough to stay listed on Nasdaq, certainly when they get another 180 days extension like AMDA.
